This is my first year attending the FTMA conference in Phoenix, AZ and this year the Freddie Awards are taking place after the 2nd day of conference. I will try to provide as good coverage as possible. The hotel/conference room doesnt have Internet access but the hotel where I am actually staying, which is 2 blocks down the street, does have wireless so I may not be able to post in a timely manner. That is why I am posting today also which is actually the 2nd conference day and the day for the Freddie Awards. The Freddie Awards are actually awards that are given to the best loyalty programs and travel programs for the Travel Industry. There are people here from AA, United, Alaska Airlines, Marriott, Enterprise, Wyndam, etc. More info to come soon…..
