I just found and started to use PicaJet Photo Organizer to organize a growing archive of photos. With this my pics are easy to find, sort, archive, back-up and post to Flickr. Very easy to use and not very expensive. It supports all types of file formats such as JPG, TIFF and even Camera Raw! You can also make edits to your pictures and undo the changes whenever you want.
